What personal data may be processed

Snoopyon may process user and recruiter names, email addresses, recruiter profile fields, invite recipient details, access request details, payment-related metadata, and job feed interaction data required to run the platform.

This may include access status history, recruiter approval decisions, download records, API access logs, and transactional email events.

Where relevant, the platform may also process company profile details, recruiter payout configuration, support correspondence, invoice-related metadata, device and browser logs, and fraud prevention signals connected to payment-enabled flows.

Why the data is processed

The platform processes personal data to authenticate users, route recruiter-owned feed access, issue private invitations, review applications, deliver transactional emails, process paid access, and grant or revoke access to feed content.

Where Barion payments are enabled, the Base Barion Pixel may be loaded for fraud prevention and transaction security in line with Barion's payment processing requirements.

The main legal bases used by Snoopyon are contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as platform security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, reconciliation and support operations, and consent where a specific consent-based feature requires it.

Categories of recipients and processors

Snoopyon may use service providers and infrastructure partners to operate the platform, including cloud hosting and storage, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, logging, analytics, and technical operations support.

These may include Amazon Web Services and related AWS services, Amazon Cognito, Amazon SES, Barion for payment processing and payment-related fraud prevention, and other technical vendors used to run the platform. Snoopyon discloses only the data reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

Retention periods

Snoopyon keeps account, invite, access, recruiter, and job-feed operational records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce platform rules, and handle fraud, audit, or support issues.

Payment-related metadata, transactional email logs, and access decision records may be retained longer where needed for accounting, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or evidentiary purposes. Where precise statutory retention periods apply, the relevant legal period prevails.

International transfers

Some technical service providers used by Snoopyon may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, Snoopyon aims to rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard under applicable data protection law.

Data subject rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of their personal data in line with applicable GDPR requirements. They may also object to certain processing operations and request information about the status of their invitations, feed access, and payment-related access decisions.

Requests may be sent to skymongoose@icloud.com. Snoopyon may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify the requester's identity before acting on a request.

Supervisory authority

If a data subject believes that Snoopyon's processing violates applicable data protection law, they may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. For Hungary, this is typically the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
