What the service does
Each Snoopyon feed contains curated job entries with structured fields such as title, company, source URL, keywords, summary, and recruiter notes. Feeds may be operated by platform recruiters or by external recruiters assigned to that feed.
Users may discover a feed publicly, apply for access, receive a private invitation, or complete a paid checkout when the feed requires payment. Once access is unlocked, the feed content may be delivered through JSON download and API access.
The service is a digital access service. The user purchases a time-limited right to access recruiter-curated feed data in structured machine-readable form. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying job listings, recruiter notes, platform software, or related intellectual property.
Access and recruiter responsibilities
Feed access is controlled by the configured access mode, recruiter approval state, and payment state. Access may remain pending until a recruiter approves the request, and paid access is activated only after successful payment confirmation.
Recruiters are responsible for the quality and accuracy of the job data they upload to the feeds assigned to them. Snoopyon may suspend, reject, or revoke access where a feed, invitation, or payment flow is misused.
For paid digital access, the normal completion time is immediate activation after successful payment confirmation and, where applicable, recruiter approval. Once access is active, the user can download the feed data or query it through the API without a separate delivery delay.
Access is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the period shown for the relevant feed or invitation. The user may not resell, republish, redistribute, or operate a public mirror of the feed content without prior written permission from Snoopyon or the relevant rights holder.
Recruiters are responsible for ensuring that the feed content they upload is lawful, accurate to the best of their knowledge, and may be shared through the platform. Snoopyon may suspend a feed, block access, or remove content if misuse, rights infringement, fraud, or platform abuse is suspected.
Barion payment information
Snoopyon may use Barion to process bankcard payments for paid feed access and private invitations.
Accepted card brand logos are displayed on the site, and Barion payment checkout redirects the customer to Barion's hosted payment interface to complete the transaction.
Payment-related metadata may be stored for operational, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and audit purposes.
The hosted Barion payment flow may load the Base Barion Pixel for fraud prevention and payment security purposes. Paid access is only granted after recruiter approval where required and after successful payment confirmation.
A payment is considered completed for Snoopyon purposes once the platform receives successful confirmation from Barion, whether via callback, redirect-based sync, or a subsequent server-side payment status verification.
Activation, digital performance, and withdrawal
Paid Snoopyon feed access is digital content or a digital service supplied electronically. Performance begins when Snoopyon activates the access and makes the feed available through the invite page, JSON endpoint, or API access linked to the purchased feed.
Before payment, the user is asked to accept the platform terms and to acknowledge that payment is processed on Barion's hosted checkout page. Where immediate activation applies, the user also expressly requests that performance begin without waiting for the full withdrawal period.
If digital performance has already begun and access has been activated, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer be available to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law for digital content and digital services supplied electronically.
Refunds, failed payments, and duplicate charges
If a payment succeeds but Snoopyon fails to activate access due to a platform-side error, Snoopyon will either activate the access within a reasonable time or issue a refund after verification.
Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and technically failed payment attempts will be reviewed and, where confirmed, refunded through the original payment route or another appropriate method.
Once access has been correctly activated and digital performance has begun, refunds for change of mind are generally not available except where mandatory law provides otherwise or where Snoopyon explicitly agrees to an exception.
Refund and payment-support requests may be sent to skymongoose@icloud.com. Snoopyon may request payment identifiers, invite token details, and basic account information to verify the request before processing it.
Complaints and customer support
For account, access, payment, or invoice-related questions, users may contact Snoopyon at skymongoose@icloud.com or by phone at +36705724388. Snoopyon aims to review operational support and complaint requests within a reasonable business timeframe.
Where a payment was processed by Barion, transaction handling may also depend on Barion's own payment records and security checks. Snoopyon may use those records for reconciliation, fraud prevention, and complaint handling.
Operational data used by the platform
Snoopyon stores recruiter profiles, feed configuration, job records, invite and access records, email delivery events, and payment-related metadata needed to operate the service. Authentication is handled through Amazon Cognito.
Access events, payment attempts, recruiter decisions, and download/API activity may be logged for operational support, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and audit purposes.
The current product may also use Barion-related technical tracking where payment security features are enabled.
